I went on an unforgettable trip to Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan with The Untold Direction. It has always been a lifelong desire of mine to go to places less travelled.. .and TUD helped me realise that dream. It felt so surreal to be in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan and to experience the culture and feel the warmth of the locals. I felt like I was travelling with an old friend because the trip was so relaxed and easy going..and the guide Misha was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and well versed in the local culture. He is proficient in both his native tongue of Russian and English, so there was no such thing as a language barrier when I travelled to those countries with him. I am looking forward to travelling with TUD again.
